R1 Tactical M16 Bolt Carrier Group .223/5.56/300 BLK – Titanium Nitride

The R1 Tactical M16 Bolt Carrier Group .223/5.56/300 BLK – Titanium Nitride (TiN) is a complete Bolt Carrier Group with full-auto profile that is drop-in ready BCG for Mil-Spec upper receivers.  The TiN coating provides added lubricity, friction reduction for smoother cycling, excellent corrosion resistance, and prevents carbon build-up for easy removal of carbon. Each bolt carrier group maintains strict Mil-Spec dimensions to ensure reliable and guaranteed functionality.  The carrier is made from 8620 steel, and the bolt and gas key are from 9310 steel.  The bolts are shot-peened and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to ensure quality.  The BCG Assembly includes a cam pin, extractor, Mil-Spec Extractor Spring, Viton O-ring, firing pin, and firing pin retainer.
