R1 Tactical M16 Bolt Carrier Group .223/5.56/300 BLK v2 – Black Nitride

The R1 Tactical M16-profile .223/5.56mm/300 BLK Complete Bolt Carrier Group features a full-auto profile with H&M Black Nitride finish and drop-in ready for Mil-Spec upper receivers.  The Black Nitride coating provides added lubricity, friction reduction for a smoother cycling, excellent corrosion resistance, and prevents carbon build-up for easy removal of carbon. Each bolt carrier group maintains strict Mil-Spec dimensions to ensure reliable and guaranteed functionality.  The carrier is made from 8620 steel and properly heat-treated prior to finishing.  The bolt is made from 9310 steel and heat-treated, then shot-peened and MPI tested to ensure quality.  The gas key is made from 4140 steel and properly seated with Grade 8 fasteners and staked to ensure reliability.  The firing pin is machined from 17-4 stainless steel.  The BCG Assembly includes cam pin, extractor, Mil-Spec Extractor Spring, Viton O-ring, firing pin, and firing pin retainer.
